Without further Ado let's get into Chainsaw Man Chapter 174 We find out the chill devil we saw back then was actually a Primal Fear! (A devil that has known neither defeat or the taste of death). And not only that it is the Aging devil. But what really gets us all is that Chainsaw Man injured a freaking Primal Fear!!!! No one, not even Makima showcased that skill, the best she could do was a minor scratch here and there. 

Okay but the really elephant in the room. How on earth did the devil hunting Bureau do this? How did they get into contact with a Primal Fear? How were they even able to "commune" with it if you get what we mean. It is like in a different reality desperate from even the other devils. Were they able to get the Spider devil girl back? 

The scene with the Finance Minister and the decision they had to take or even their presence in that page and that scene was intense. I love how Fujimoto could kind of bring videography to life in a manga panel. That is talent and some great skill! (As witnessed with his recent works or panels way back in Chainsaw Man season 1 of the Manga where certain shots of certain pages of the Manga felt like moving pictures and had a lot of videographical feels to it like one is watching a movie with each shot filled with movement and vibrance).

We now know that it's been a while but it seems the devil hunting Bureau has finally showed its usefulness to the readers and has also shown the readers that it really doesn't matter much who holds the reins of the horse since Makima is equally as messed up as the Bureau but both still far below maybe devils or the Chainsaw Man Cult when wanting to achieve their goals. We mean, we know it is bad but at least they are trying hard to defend humanity. 

So... All this (sacrificing a lot of people to the Aging devil who is a Primal Fear) just to defeat the Death devil & avoid Nostramus's apocalyptical calamity, like who are they? Will they come as a team? Like we have a feeling War devils team members or subordinates were the Tools or Weapon Hybrids like Chainsaw Man and the others like Flame torch and Katana devil. 

What happens next will shock you!

When the devil extermination bureau representative gives a suggestion about the sacrifices the aging devil needed in exchange for been eaten by Chainsaw Man (and maybe possibly disappearing), those on top complied but only after been pressed because one minister refused to give in to the demands of the aging devil about the human sacrifices (as initially had never gone that far with [sacrifices] to other devils (until otherwise mentioned so far)).

The shocking part is when Fumiko Mifune picks up the phone to give the order and possibly turning the decision makers in the Manga into War Criminals (setting a new precedent in the Mangas dark tones) her mouth had disappeared because Chainsaw Man decided to eat the Mouth devil, Bitter devil, Octopus devil and Snow devil. So everyone's mouth is gone. Including Chainsaw Man's mouth.
