So what happens after Chainsaw Man Eats a concept? We see everything to do with the idea of an ear disappears but we doubt maybe the idea of "hearing" or sound doesn't as there are shockwaves.

We see this cool looking Primal fear looking devil siting up upon a very grotsesque thrown. And it seems very chill for some reason. 

We see the devil hunting bureau finally in action and not just been a pushover and showing that they are really well prepared and have safety measures upon safety measures to take care of almost any situation (which really gets you thinking... They must have had a counter measure for Makima maybe, I mean look they have reached as far as been able to contact whatever that chill thing is). 

They (like around 3 members of the Bureau) sacrifice thier fingers (and maybe many more behind the scenes) in front of a mirror to get a "Hit" on Chainsaw Man but it backfires and the chill devil has nothing to say but "ouch". It literally gets it's fingers cut off by Chainsaw Man and all it can say is ouch? Wow, people aspire to be that level of calm in life (we don't know where this level of ease comes from but maybe it is quite a very tough devil to be this nonchalant about such things most especially since it is facing Chainsaw Man)

Octo-boi, appears and restrains Chainsaw Man which leads to him coughing out the Ear devil and the day is savdled again but the Tentacult-... I mean Octoboi and Octopus devil.
