Chainsaw Man (the real one or Pochita controlling Denji), appears behind the squad sent to subdue him and reverse jumps them with the half devil half human hybrid dodging the attack with all the rest of the team getting smoked.

The half devil half human thinks it's dodged the attack, but no, Chainsaw man (the real Chainsaw man awakened Chainsaw Man) already got her long before she could even react to his movements.

The real Chainsaw Man then proceeds to clean out the rest of the other divisions left and right along quite long distances (like how does he know where every target is located? Seems very interesting that Chainsaw Ma just knows which is amazing). Chainsaw Man or Pochita takes out the Centipede devil which even surprises the people sent to subdue them. 

Within less than time than it took for the group to react Chainsaw Man already has all his killings on a leash and is ready to feast.
